Dedicated to Education Connection Community and Impact

We are committed to building a healthier community for everyone, focusing on long-term, sustainable change. Our initiatives are designed to be inclusive and responsive to the diverse needs of Weston County, ensuring that every individual has access to resources and education about substance misuse, suicide prevention, and wellness. Together, we can create lasting impact in our community.

Empowering Education

We provide accessible, evidence-based education to empower individuals and families. We equip the communities with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions, and have tough but impactful conversations about substance use and mental wellbeing to adopt healthier lifestyles.

Seamless Resource Connection

Navigating the path to wellness should be simple and supportive. Our coalition serves as a central hub for connecting individuals with the right resources—whether it’s preventative education, addiction services, mental wellbeing support, or other wellness programs. We streamline access, ensuring everyone can find the help they need without barriers or judgement.

Collaborative Community Partnerships

Strong partnerships create lasting change. By working hand-in-hand with local organizations, government agencies, schools, businesses, and healthcare providers, we foster a culture of collaboration. These partnerships enhance our collective impact, allowing us to address community wellness challenges more effectively and holistically.
